There are also enough bedrooms for your big family (minimum is 4 bedrooms). Moreover you can store your luggage at home that does not need to worry about the small space. Especially you can enjoy good campus around that houses cannot have. In general if you have confidence in your ability to get along in a new environment without the need for extra service, a partially furnished villa may very be your best choice.
